Groups and Weddings

Wrightsville Beach and the Wilmington area offer many amazing venues for all types of weddings and events.  With 21 individual suites available, Sandpeddler Inn & Suites is the perfect location to host your group, offering guests both privacy and proximity.



Group Policies and Procedures


  • Group reservations are available for 90 days or more prior to the event date.  Group reservations must be made with the host's credit card.  By 60 days prior to the event date, 50% of the block must be reserved or the number of units held will be reduced. At 30 days prior to the event date, the host will have the option to guarantee the unreserved rooms or release the rooms. For individuals of groups, there is a 14 day cancellation policy.  Sandpeddler reserves the right to move individual room reservations as needed to accommodate maintain a dedicated area for the group.


  • Quiet Time is between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.


  • One parking space is provided per unit. All guests must park in their assigned space. Guest parking passes are available on a first come, first served basis.  Extra paid parking is available at nearby town lots. There is no parking available for trailers or oversized vehicles.


  • Sandpeddler Inn & Suites is a no smoking property. Sandpeddler Inn & Suites is a no pet property.  Service dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable law and with prior notice.


  • Guests are responsible for damages to the  property and will be charged accordingly.  Charges for damages include damages from spray-tanning, hair dye, in-room smoking, missing or damaged property and unauthorized pets. 


  • Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.  Please contact the office at (910) 256-2028 with any early/late check-in or late check-out requests.   


  • Guests are responsible when making, changing or cancelling a reservation by email or phone to verify receipt of a correct confirmation via email.


  • Must be 25 years of age with valid ID to book reservation. No shows for multiple day reservations will be cancelled at 9AM on the day following the check-in day and the credit card on file will be charged for the first night stay plus taxes and fees.   All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card at the time that reservation is made. 


  • For most reservations, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy.  For reservations cancelled with less than 48 hour notice, the first night plus taxes and fees will be charged. For special event reservations, there is a 14 day cancellation policy.  Weather-related cancellations are only allowed if the island is operating under at least a voluntary evacuation or the airport ILM has been closed.
