Our condotel property offers

  • 1 BR, 1 BA condos, some with full kitchens, all with ocean views, free WiFi  
  • Stay 3+ months and you don't pay tax...easy access to the beach just across the street, 20 minutes from scenic downtown Wilmington, sorry no pets.

Monthly Policies

Monthly guests receive housekeeping once a month on an agreed upon day. All personal items need to be off the floor. Day of the week can be changed if needed, if you do not allow housekeeping access on your day, then you will be provided fresh sheets and towels upon request.
Monthly guests are required to follow all policies of the property including:
  • Honoring quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
  • No smoking in the unit under any circumstances
  • Must be 25 years of age with valid ID to book a reservation
  • Guests are responsible for damages to furnishings of unit as well as linens, property grounds, etc
  • Allow housekeeping access to unit weekly on a set day. If second week goes by and housekeeping is not allowed in, management will do an inspection. 
  • Keep doors closed when heat or AC is on to conserve energy, there is a $75 cap on the electric bill and overages will be prorated to actual days of stay.
  • Payment may be accepted up to 7 days prior to 1st day of new 30 day period. Cash or credit card will be required. Immediate cash payment will be required upon first notice of insufficient funds check.
  • We DO NOT supply units with paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, no shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamers or sweeteners.
  • No pets allowed 
  • Rate is based on double occupancy. Occasional overnight adult visitors are limited to an average of 2 days a week please. If guest not registered and staying with long term guest there will be additional charges of $25 per day over the 2 day limit per guest
