  • Rate is based on double occupancy. Occasional overnight adult visitors are limited to an average of 2 days a week please. If guest not registered and staying with long term guest there will be additional charges of $25 per day over the 2 day limit per guest.
  • Responsible for damages to furnishings of unit as well as linens, property grounds, etc.

  • Staying 3 months or longer guests are not charged taxes because it is considered a 2nd residence



Rates and Fees are subject to change. Minimum 2 night stay required when booking rooms. Guests will be charged the first night's stay plus taxes and fees when making a reservation. Cash or credit card only, no checks accepted. Must be 25 years of age with valid ID to book reservation.

Booking online or through a 3rd party agency, you must enter the credit card information for the card that you will use and fill in complete address, city, state and zip code and the correct billing address for the credit card. Please assure that your billing information is correct and complete.

Cancellation Policy:
48 hour Cancellation Policy. For reservations cancelled with less than 48 hour notice prior to arrival, the first night's stay plus tax will be charged. If your reservation involves any part of a holiday or event weekend, 2 or more suites or 5 plus days, there is a 7 day cancellation. It is your responsibility to verify receipt of a cancellation email. For Monthly rentals, there is a 30 day cancellation policy. Special cancellation policies are required for groups. No show for multiple day reservations will be cancelled at 9am the next day. All reservations made through a third party booking agency will be charged and if unable to be processed are subject to cancellation at 3PM on the day prior to arrival. Cancellations for weather related issues are allowed if the island has at least a voluntary evacuation or the airport ILM has been closed due to weather. Guests are responsible when making, changing or cancelling a reservation by email or phone to verify that you receive a correct cancellation confirmation via email. All reservations are subject to change.

Checking In:
Check-in 3:00PM. Please make prior arrangements for late arrivals, after 9PM by calling our office at 910-256-2028 or email us at reservations@thesandpeddler.com after hours check-in must be prearranged and prepaid. A credit card and valid Federal or State issued identification in the same name will be required at time of check-in. Check-out is at 11AM and no late check-out's are available in season, but you may stay parked on the property until 1PM.

One parking space is allowed per unit with numbered passes and must be in their assigned space. There are 3 Guest spaces and are first come, first served. The extra Guest passes DO NOT guarantee a space and will be towed if not in guest parking spaces. Extra parking is available at the Town Lot next door. No parking available for trailers or oversized vehicles.

Please return keys to front desk or drop in key drop box, there is a $25 per key charge for lost keys.

This is a non-smoking property. Sandpeddler Inn and Suites is a Pet Free hotel although some owners bring their pets. Owner’s pets are kept leashed and are not allowed in common spaces. If allergies are an issue, please call the front desk to request one of our pet free suites. By law, service dogs must be allowed. Guests are responsible for damages to property and will be charged accordingly, minimum charge is $100. This includes spray-tanning, hair dye, in-room or balcony smoking, missing or damaged property and having unauthorized pets. Guests are responsible to assure that windows and doors are closed when absent from the room or during inclement weather. Quiet Time is 10PM - 8AM. If another guest is being disruptive during quiet hours, call 910-256-2028. Violators of the Quiet Time policy will be asked to leave without refund.

A deposit for the first night's stay is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
